OUR STORY
AV REALITY premieres its core and pioneering skills in conceptualizing, designing, and developing avant-garde cross-platform applications focusing in augmented, virtual, and mixed reality. With these applications, the market canexperience an engaging layering of the physical assets
with the digital and virtual components, therefore creating awhole new masterpiece.
AV REALITY began as a department of Harish & Johnsen (H&J) Group back in 2012, which were both lead by SHIRAH SEGARRA. AV REALITY has served a wide range of industries – from real estate, automotive, and fashion, to fast food chain and other
innovative companies, such as Samsung and 3M. Thru the products developed and service rendered by AV REALITY, H&J was invited and was the only company with augmented and
virtual reality technology that participated and represented the Philippines during the 2015 Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Summit.
At present, AV REALITY focuses on the design and development of systems and mobile applications with augmented, virtual and mixed reality features integrated with them, which caters the needs of various industries.

SHIRAH RAGOS SEGARRA is a Creative Director & Information Archi-tect / Business Process Analyst with over 15 years of experience work-ing with small and large firms.
She has worked extensively with Business Process Requirements in support of transformation projects. She has extensive computer skills with an emphasis on Augmented & Virtual Reality (focused on Educa-tion & Gaming) Mobile Applications, Game Design & Development, Systems Design, Dev’t and Communication, Advertising Creative Design, Dynamic Website & Mobile Commerce & eCommerce.
Shirah finished her studies in 1998 with a Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts majoring in Advertising at the Philippine Women’s University. She likewise completed her diploma course in Computer Science in 2010 from the De La Salle University, Manila.

SPIELBERG L. TAN is a Software Developer with over four (4) years of experience, specializing in Mobile Applications Development. As the Lead of the Mobile Applications Development Team of AV REALITY, Spielberg is in charge of guiding and mentoring the team in creating, testing and developing applications on mobile devices.
DOMINIQUE S. RAS is a Software Developer with over five (5) years of experience, specializing in Systems Development.
